- Midway Inn — 1027 Midway Rd, South Lake Tahoe, CA
- Fairbridge Inn — 1030 Midway Rd, South Lake Tahoe, CA
- Pioneer Inn — 3863 Pioneer Trail, South Lake Tahoe, CA
Available rental types may include studios, studios with kitchens, and one-bedroom units. Some units may be furnished or unfurnished depending on availability.
At this time, monthly leases are not offered at Tahoe Hideaway or Alpine Escape.

Rental Terms
Our standard lease term is a 6-month minimum lease.
For J1 contract workers, we may offer a 3-month minimum lease depending on availability and contract dates.

Pet Policy
We allow a maximum of 1 pet per unit.
